Loyalty Draw is a digital coalition loyalty program that keeps customers coming back with built-in rewards, punch cards, and a monthly $3,000 prize pool — all managed with verified QR codes. You get more repeat visits and shared promotional reach without running your own contest.

 

How does the monthly $3,000 prize pool work for my customers?

When a customer scans your verified Loyalty Draw QR code, they earn entries into the monthly draw. Prizes are 1 × $1,000, 10 × $100, and 100 × $10, shared across all participating businesses — you don’t fund the prizes yourself.

 

Do I need special equipment to use Loyalty Draw?

No. We send a starter kit with ready-to-use QR code stickers and decals. Place them in a high-traffic spot and activate. Customers scan with their phones; you can use your phone to scan a customer’s loyalty card for punches or redemptions.

 

How do I set up Loyalty Draw at my store?

After you subscribe, we ship your starter kit with a placement guide. Once displayed, customers can start scanning immediately to earn entries and rewards.

 

What comes in the starter kit?

Your kit includes Loyalty Draw QR codes in multiple formats (removable stickers, window decals, and a magnetic sign) plus a placement guide, squeegee, and small spray bottle for easy, bubble-free application. All QR codes are unused when shipped. Scanning an unused code while signed in as a provider automatically links and locks it to your business. The Safe QR Scanner is available for you and customers to verify any Loyalty Draw code.

 

Can I use my own QR code with Loyalty Draw?

No. For security and accurate tracking, all providers must use the verified QR codes supplied by Loyalty Draw.

 

How long does it take to start using Loyalty Draw?

Most businesses are live within minutes of receiving the kit. No technical skills are required.

 

Do I need to train my staff?

No special training is needed for the monthly draw — customers scan your code themselves. If you offer punch cards or custom rewards, we provide simple step-by-step instructions for staff to redeem them.

 

What are the pricing options?

We offer 3-month, 6-month, and annual subscriptions. Early annual subscribers can access a discounted rate through the Pilot Program.

 

What is the Pilot Program Discount?

The first 250 businesses receive 50% off the regular annual subscription when joining for 12 months.

 

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Choose 3-month, 6-month, or annual plans based on your needs.

 

How does Loyalty Draw track customer visits?

Each scan of your verified QR code is securely logged to the customer’s account and counted toward entries and rewards.

 

Can I limit rewards to certain customers or locations?

Yes. You can set eligibility rules, including location-based restrictions.

 

How do punch cards work for businesses?

You choose the reward and number of punches. Customers earn punches only when you scan their Loyalty Draw card or punch card QR code. The same scan is required to redeem; if it isn’t scanned for redemption, the reward remains unused until it expires.

 

Can I create custom rewards or promotions?

Yes. Add custom rewards, limited-time promos, or events alongside the monthly prize draw.

 

How does the Safe QR Scanner protect my brand?

Our Safe QR Scanner verifies that every Loyalty Draw code is authentic and linked to your business, then checks the destination against Google Safe Browsing to block known dangerous or misleading sites. This prevents tampered or fake codes from sending customers to harmful pages.

 

What analytics do I get?

See total scans, repeat visit rates, reward redemptions, and promo performance — plus traffic patterns, peak hours, and which days bring the most customers.

 

Can I run promotions alongside Loyalty Draw?

Yes. Loyalty Draw works alongside your existing marketing and promotions.

 

Does this work for multiple locations?

Yes, but each location (or Google Business Profile) requires its own subscription. You can manage all locations under one provider login; each location has its own verified QR code.

 

Can I share my account with staff?

Yes. Assign admin access with different permission levels for scanning, redeeming, or managing rewards.

 

What are the admin levels?

Level 1 admins can scan and redeem rewards. Level 2 admins can also create and manage rewards, punch cards, and QR code settings.

 

How do I add or remove an admin?

To add an admin, have them scroll to the “Request Admin Access” button below their Loyalty Draw card and tap it. Scan the QR code that appears to grant access instantly. Remove admins from your provider dashboard.

 

Can I use Loyalty Draw without internet access?

No. An internet connection is required for real-time scanning and logging.

 

Is there a setup fee?

No. The subscription includes the starter kit and setup support at no extra cost.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Pricing is transparent with no surprise fees.

 

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the end of your current billing period.

How do I get more customers to scan my QR code?

Place the code near the point of sale and entrances, mention it at checkout, and promote it on your website and social channels.

 

What marketing materials are included?

You receive a verified QR code sticker, a 10×10″ window decal with the “hi” logo to identify your location to passersby, and a placement guide. Additional materials are available for purchase.

 

Does Loyalty Draw integrate with my POS?

Direct POS integration isn’t required. Loyalty Draw works independently using QR code scans.

 

What if my business moves to a new location?

Contact us so we can update your location in the system, verify your new Google Business Profile listing, and issue a new verified QR code if needed.

 

Can I pause my account temporarily?

Yes. Contact provider support to request a temporary pause.

 

Is Loyalty Draw available outside Canada?

Not yet. Loyalty Draw is currently available in Canada only, with plans for future expansion.

 

Why is Quebec excluded from the prize draw?

Quebec has specific legal requirements for promotional contests. We’re working toward compliance before launching there.

 

Can Quebec businesses join now?

Yes, but customers won’t be eligible for the monthly prize draw until the program officially launches in Quebec.

 

How does Loyalty Draw handle customer data privacy?

All customer data is encrypted and stored in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.

 

Do I need a website to use Loyalty Draw?

No. You just need an active Google Business Profile. Customers scan your QR code in person; tracking happens through Loyalty Draw’s secure platform.
