Common questions

Absolutly! Free users can run one solo home game at a time (7 or 30 days), earn tokens, and enter the monthly draw by visiting partner businesses. No credit card required, no hidden fees. Membership plans are optional and unlock more simultaneous games, squad play, and the subscription payback mechanic.
Every time you check in at a participating business using our QR scanner, you earn Entries into the monthly draw. You can also claim free bonus Entries daily from your dashboard. At month-end, winners are selected from the entry pool and prizes are distributed. The prize pool is currently $200 across 11 winners and grows permanently with every business that joins.
Tokens are earned by tracking habits; 25 per habit when complete a check-in. They're a currency you spend on gift cards or at local businesses. Entries are your tickets into the monthly Loyalty Draw Contest; you earn them by visiting partner businesses and by claiming free daily bonuses. They're two separate systems that reward both home habits and real-world visits.
Your subscription is divided into 15 daily credits (fee ÷ 15). Every day you track any habit, one credit is earned back. Track any 15 days in your billing cycle and your next month is completely free. Miss 5 days? You only pay for 5 credits. A Bronze member ($15/month) has a $1 daily credit. A Gold member ($150/month) has a $10 daily credit. The mechanic is identical across all eight tiers.
When you scan a QR code at a participating business for the first time, you automatically join that business's VIP Club. From there, you accumulate visits and unlock any token-based rewards the business has configured; for example, a café might offer a free drink to users who've tracked 30 days of a morning habit, redeemable for 500 tokens. Each business controls its own offers, limits, and qualifying habits.
